  • We usually heard about the philosophy of life.  We also strive to know what the world is and why it has been created and what is our purpose in this life.  We perceive the world with our senses and then make a belief about it.  The use of our mind in thinking about this world is called our worldview.  The following categories of beliefs are found in it.

    Epistemological

    These are thoughts that we have about knowledge and knowing.Our basis of knowing is nature and we validate as we live and experience the world.These beliefs about information are possible that creates an effect on our mechanism.The minds associate and formulate the links of all that we see with the eyes and the wisdom we build with the guidance about the universe.We tend to justify every thought when we have confidence in the reality of the beliefs we form as we gain knowledge.This is where we start observation from and beliefs continue to modify.

    Metaphysical

  • Virtues are the guidelines that provide us with a way to behave with others and our self.  We know how to live in this world, what we have in our character and how we live every day with a purpose in this life.  Some of them are what we practice already for example discipline, kindness, creativity, trust, gratitude and service.

    Origin and why they are important?

    It was all started in philosophy were Greek philosophers, Socrates, Aristotle and Plato defined the creatures in this world as the source of inner strength, balance and self-development through thinking and questioning.

    Importance of the virtues rests in various elements as they affect our personal and social life.  They allow us to feel joy and attachment to others.  Morality increases and trust is built so that we can love and help and forgive and find peace through these deeds.

    The four cardinal virtues

    This duty means moral goodness and a sense of motherhood.A person in all situations stay truthful, realistic, gain clarity and honesty no matter what operation is carrying out.All that a person does under the influence of this virtue is good.This determines the action of a person and the results.

  • What is patience?

    The word patience itself is derived from the word “Pati,” which means to endure or to suffer.  Patience is the control over your emotions and feelings under conditions such as anxiety, excitement, and grief.  When anyone talks of patience, it seems to be a small deal, but it is much harder to practice then said.  In our daily life, the life full of changes and difficulties patience becomes something significant.  We quickly expect people around us to be patient but generally do not practice being one when it comes to us.

    Why are we having this problem?  The problem of being "impatient."

    Lifestyle

    The main reason I blame for us being so impatient is our lifestyle.  The life we have these days is one in which we expect everything to be quick and fast.  Everything these days either be it your way of communicating, your way of traveling, your way of eating, and it may sound funny, but yes, your way of sleeping even has got fast.

    We have changed so much that also we expect our pizza to be delivered within 30 minutes.  People are in a hurry to get their jobs after finishing their education as soon as possible after they get a post from the first day at work, the target changes for a quick promotion.  We are impatient because we expect things to be fast and easy for us, that is human nature nowadays.

    Comparison

  • Healthy eating is determined by the use of a variety of natural foods to meet the needs of the human body.  All nutrients must be taken in adequate amount.  Balance in eating is the key to getting rid of high blood pressure, cholesterol and to maintain normal body weight and normal blood sugar.

    Complex carbohydrates

    Foods that are rich in soluble and insoluble fiber must be added in the daily diet, this includes whole wheat bread, brown rice, bran, legumes, and beans of all kinds.This also means avoiding the sugar and starchy foods like pasta, white bread and rice.B vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients are transferred through these foods.Some ideas of daily inclusion are one bowl of oats with milk in the breakfast, one slice of bread as a snack, one cup of cooked rice in lunch and one cup of beans in dinner.All sort of grains is good for healthy eating.

  • Our life is a constant flow of various kinds of unlimited changes.  Our metabolism changes as we get older, seasons change, the Sun goes up and down - everything in the universe keeps changing its state.  We do not even notice most of the changes that passing by us every day.  Most of us have much more exciting things to do.

    However, suddenly may arise the moment, when the renovations that happened with you may strike you back very painfully.  Your wife or husband may die, they may leave you, or suddenly you will discover that you have cancer.  Any of those problems and much more others may potentially make you feel yourself badly for an extremely long time.  That is why it is genius to understand beforehand how to deal with such kind of changes effectively.  Just to be prepared in case if something wrong will happened.

    Don’t Hesitate to Ask for Help

    If you feel that you cannot handle changes on your own, if you have various dark thoughts, including suicidal, if you experience a sings of depression, you need to ask for help.  It is not necessary to go to a psychiatrist right afterwards, but you probably should talk about that with your friends and family members.  Untimely asking for help may cost you a lot of health, time and money.
